Shortly thereafter he was admitted to the Association of Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan as a fully qualified Professional Engineer (P.Eng). He has extensive research and developoment experience in non-contact instrumentation, analogue and digital electronics, digit al signal processing, and database construction.
