;	TEXT_ANNOUNCE: The block for passing the widget that present
;	messages as well as other important wavelet parameters such
;	as the data array (sig), the data array length(len), a string 
;	describing the data (st) and the current chosen quadrature mirror 
;	filter (QMF).
;	COMMON WTC_common, The block for the two sliders (FSLID3, FSLID4)
;	the four buttons (BUTTON4, BUTTON5, , BUTTON8, BUTTON9) and 
;	array of wavelet coeffs (wc), sorted array of wavelet coeffs (wcwmnsort), 
;	threshold value (thr), the max number of coeffs (n), the current 
;	value of the sliders (threshslider, numslider), and the coarsest
;	level for the wavelet transform (Coarse)
