With this letter I am enclosing my GAP abstract for the above-referenced paper, the Short Title Form, and the Editorial Services Inquiry Form, which I inadvertently omitted to supply when I returned the Publication Options documents.  I apologize for any inconvenience these omissions may have caused you.

I would like to know when you will be invoicing the University of Saskatchewan for the page charges for this paper.  My funding cycle ends on March 31, and it would be a great help to have received the invoice and committed the funds before that date.  I would appreciate hearing from you in the next few days.
