SWAN HSR

The Hyper Spectral Riometers (HSRs) are newer systems developed as part of the Canada Foundation for Innovation, Space Weather Adaptive Network (SWAN) project. SWAN HSR systems are multi-frequency, single beam riometers, which are replacing the aging La Jolla single frequency systems. Deployments are still ongoing, with the remaining systems being deployed before end of 2025.
