Major update to the Open Science Platform website

We have released a significant update to this Open Science Platform website, bringing a fresh look and several new features. Here's a summary of the updates:

• New theme, giving a more modern and documentation-centric user experience
• Crib sheet updates
  • A searchable interface for filtering crib sheets (by package, category, description, and even the function names used in the crib sheets)
  • Integrated modal showing the crib sheets
  • Several new crib sheets added
• Ability to generate code snippets
• The Bulletins section, which are brief updates about SRS Open Science Platform components, such as tooling, datasets, and sensor networks
• The News section, to help us deliver larger updates to our users
• A Gallery for browsing a collection of movies and images we have generated over the years of sensor operations
• Expanded Data Download and API documentation to provide more examples
