AuroraX UI refresh - AuroraDome, Keogramist improvements, and more

The AuroraX platform has received a UI upgrade, bringing improved performance, a fully-fledged AuroraDome experience, enhanced Keogramist video features, and better Conjunction Search usability. The update touches several of the platform's core tools, with the biggest changes coming to AuroraDome, Keogramist, and Conjunction Search. Users now have the ability to do on-demand video adjustments like on-the-fly scaling in both Keogramist and AuroraDome.

  • AuroraDome - Now a fully-fledged product on the AuroraX platform. Previously limited to AuroraMAX data and rather buried in the website, AuroraDome is now front and center alongside the other Virtual Observatory products.

  • Keogramist - Several great improvements to video playback and on-demand video adjustments. You can now scale movies on-the-fly and create snippets of videos with the same adjustments applied, making our lives easier and faster for any upcoming last-minute presentation prep.

  • Conjunction Search - The interface now works well on smaller devices like laptops. Previously, the page was a bit too busy to fit on the screen at smaller resolutions, so we revamped the components and focussed on layout tweaks to support usability across a wider range of screen sizes.
